Cheese

Butter spray

9 inch pie plate

Plastic wrap

50% power

Spray pie plate

Mix 3 eggs well with a splash of milk and pour in pie plate. Cover and nuke at 50% for 5 minutes until top is glossy.

Add S&P and cheese, fold in half and nuke at 50% for 30 more seconds.
