I'm gonna try this in the George Foremann Grill!
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Newman's Own® Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup prepared mustard of choice (yellow, spicy, brown, Dijon, or Creole)
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 Pecorino Romano cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups Newman's Own® Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup prepared mustard of choice (yellow, spicy, brown, Dijon, or Creole)
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 Pecorino Romano cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Whisk together all above ingredients except the chicken and set aside.
- Wash the chicken and trim of surface fat and pat dry. Place chicken into marinade, and chill at least 8 hours or preferably overnight.
- Grill on outdoor gas or charcoal grill until completely cooked with nice grill marks, about 7-10 minutes on each side.
