Ingredients

* 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
* 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
* 1 JAR(14 OUNCES) SPAGHETTI SAUCE
* 2 CUPS (8 OUNCES) SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
* 1 CUP MILK
* 2 EGGS
* 1 TEASPOON VEGETABLE OIL
* 1 CUP ALL -PURPOSE FLOUR
* 1/2 TEASPOON SALT


Directions

1. IN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN.
2. ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE.
3. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
4. POUR INTO A GREASED 13X9X2 INCH BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
5. IN A BLENDER, COMBINE MILK ,EGGS,OIL, FLOUR,AND SALT; COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR OVER CHEESE. BAKE, UNCOVERED,AT 400 FOR 25 -30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.




adding other veggies like tomato, mushroom, and green pepper, is always a plus...whatever you have on hand
