Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
A1 Steak Sauce
Salt and Pepper.
Heat up a heavy cast iron skillet over medium heat and in the meantime, brush off your mushroom caps and slather them with EVOO.
Do not salt and pepper the caps, as this will slow down the browning of the shrooms.
Brown on both sides, brushing on more oil as needed.
Salt and pepper both sides.
Remove to buns.
