Cheese on Toast

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
4 slices bread
4 slices Cheddar cheese, thickly sliced
3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Turn oven on to broil and place oven rack 6 to 8 inches from heat source. Place bread on broiler-proof pan and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Turn bread over, place one slice of cheese on each and drizzle with Worcestershire Sauce. Broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately.
