One seasoned chicken roast or 4 large chicken breasts.
Peel some potatoes
1½ cups water or chicken stock
Onion
Garlic
Put cut up potatoes in the bottom of the instant pot. Add the rest, laying the chicken on top with the thickest sides on the outer rim if using breasts.
Manual setting, 40 minutes.
Natural release, 5-10 minutes
Cut up chicken or shred.
Mash the taters with a splash of milk.
Serve with green beans or veggie of your choice.
