Garden Tomatoes and BLT Sandwiches

Most people I know look forward to sweet corn in the summertime.
Me?  What I look forward to the most is fresh garden tomatoes and BLT sammies made from tomatoes that taste like tomatoes.  You will never get a tomato that tastes nearly as good at any grocery store.  Ever.
I don't have a green thumb, but my grandparents and mom do.
Here is a little variation from the regular BLT sandwhich.

BLT Sandwiches

Lightly toasted bread
Ranch Dressing (light)
Lettuce
Your favorite bacon (turkey even), cooked crisp and drained on paper toweling
Sliced Tomatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
salt & pepper to taste

While your bacon is rendoring, slice the tomatoes and dress them lightly with EVOO, salt & pepper to taste.  Turn them over and dress them on the other side.

Spread Ranch dressing on toast
Lay your bacon down, then the dressed tomatoes and lettuce.
Enjoy the salty, crunchy goodness!
