Cleaning silver without silver cleaner
Fill a large pan with water and line the bottom with a sheet of aluminum foil. Add a squirt of dish soap and pour lots of salt on top. Put the tarnished silver in the water and let it sit. Make sure that the foil is touching the tarnished area. The aluminum foil will act as a vacuum and suck off all of the tarnish.
