How to proof bread in microwave

The microwave is the perfect place to set up a temporary proofer (for nonbakers, a proofer is a contraption that creates ideal conditions, i.e., warm and moist, for yeast breads to rise.) The sealed environment of your microwave will keep the moisture and heat in. Just heat a cup of water in your microwave until it's steaming, then put your dough in along with it, shut the door and let it do its thing.

Cleaning silver without silver cleaner

Fill a large pan with water and line the bottom with a sheet of aluminum foil. Add a squirt of dish soap and pour lots of salt on top. Put the tarnished silver in the water and let it sit. Make sure that the foil is touching the tarnished area. The aluminum foil will act as a vacuum and suck off all of the tarnish.
