Chicken in Tortilla shells
Frozen chicken breasts
Taco seasoning
Tortilla shells
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Place 1 cup of water in bottom of pressure cooker.
Place frozen chicken in basket and put it all in cooker.
Set Instantpot on meat setting for 25 minutes.
When it beeps, let it release naturally or fast release with cold, wet towel.
Shred the chicken and place in pot with a bit of water and seasoning.
Sauté for a bit to flavor meat.
Warm your tortilla shells and add chicken, cheese and whatever toppings you like.
